This Shipping Policy explains how Moon's Fur Lab processes, ships, and delivers orders.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.
Delivery Times
- Domestic orders (Singapore): typically arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping.
- International orders: typically arrive within 10–21 business days after shipping, depending on destination and customs processing.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, or other events outside our control.
International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow its journey.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at info.moon@moonsfurlab.com within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has entered production or shipping, we are unable to make changes.
