Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work at Moon's Fur Lab.

Returns

We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at info.moon@moonsfurlab.com with your order number.

Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect every item before it leaves our lab. If your item arrives damaged during transit, please email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of receipt at info.moon@moonsfurlab.com, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time following approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. a damaged or incorrect item).

Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us at info.moon@moonsfurlab.com within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has entered production or shipping, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
